In 2013, it started to introduce the excellence performance management model. While introducing external resources, Jiangsu Kingfa strives to create a technological innovation system. On the basis of “High-tech Enterprise in Jiangsu Province” and “Key High-tech Enterprise of National Torch Plan”, Jiangsu Kingfa makes full use of the Group’s strong R&D sharing platform and independently creates an innovative research team which is leaded by over ten doctors and consists of nearly a hundred masters and senior materials experts. The company plans to set up an independent innovation platform based on the National Enterprise Technology Center, Jiangsu Sub-center of National Plastics Modification and Processing Engineering Laboratory, Jiangsu Province Recognized Enterprise Technology Center, Suzhou New Plastic Material Engineering and Technological Research Center and Kunshan Science and Technology R&D institution and depending on our research and development team, Suzhou Academician Workstation, Jiangsu Province Graduate Student Workstation. The company has owned the right to use of more than 1,800 patents, and independently applied for 111 patents. Currently, the company has a total of 27 authorized patents, including 22 patents for invention.

Our company`s testing equipment is one of the most advanced within the industry/ , including a double-screw extruder and supporting granulator, a high efficient mixer, a color mixing machine; an advanced automatic packaging machine, a stacking system; a high precision weightlessness steelyard; an automatic 3D rack system and an advanced centralized feeding system. The company`s inspection and test center covers more than 2000 m2 and shares laboratory and test equipment worthy of 0.2 billion RMB with the Group.

Since foundation in 2010, the company has established a complete quality management system, and passed TUV Rheinland ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS 16949 and OHSAS18001.
